Refunds:
Faulty items, items purchased in error or unwanted gifts can be returned for refund or exchange provided they are returned to us in original condition and accompanied by a valid receipt. Items must be returned within 21 days of the date on the receipt. All goods must include original packaging.
Returns:
Please return the goods together with the receipt and details of reasons for the return. Please state whether you require a refund or exchange. Carriage costs for delivering an exchanged item will be charged.
For faulty items, goods damaged in transit or goods sent in error on our part, we will arrange collection.
For all exchanges any differences in payment will be refunded or charged to the original card payment.
